Returns Policy

  1. Just return within 14 days of purchase if your wish to return/cancel and as long as the goods are in the condition we sent them to you, we will accept a return posted back at your own cost.
  2. Items must be returned with their original packaging (e.g., without broken seals, undamaged packs and boxes, etc). Items returned with signs of damage will not be accepted - we are happy to return these to you at your cost.
  3. Please note, we do not refund the original outgoing postage paid as this is covered by us anyway.
  4. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.
  5. If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective or not the ordered product we will refund the total cost of the item only.
  6. In the event that the goods are faulty, defective, or not the ordered product and you wish to return them, we suggest you send us photographic evidence first to assist us in informing you whether it will be accepted for a return.
  7. Use our email with your original order number (found in your email / on your packing slip) for a returns authorisation. Please be aware that you are entirely responsible for the return of the item(s) to us.
  8. Please ensure that you have packaged your items well. Should damages occur in transit when returning your products or should the item(s) be lost by the courier, the courier will only deal with you (as the purchaser) and you will need to agree adequate compensation for losses or damages. Please ensure therefore, that you have adequately insured the item for it's return (e.g., use a signed and / tracked service) and importantly enclose the returns slip and authorisation we provide you with so that we can trace the sale. 
  9. The returns address will be supplied upon returns request. DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO OUR REGISTERED ADDRESS.
  10. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products.
  11. We urge to you to check the Product Information section as it contains important product details which would help you decide whether an item is suitable.
  12. Ensure you check the available pack size thoroughly.
  13. Some products packaging designs and artworks may be different in photos.
  14. We regret that we do not accept returns on Sale / Reduced items.
